Jan. 16, 2026 — Redmond, Wash. Pagliacci Pizza celebrated the grand opening of its first Redmond location on Saturday, January 10, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 11 a.m. featuring Mayor Angela Birney at 16311 Redmond Way in Old Town, near the light rail station. The event drew community members for free pizza slices, live music, and other festivities from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The store had soft-opened around December 15, 2025, transforming a former gas station into a neighborhood pizzeria with preserved post-and-beam structure, large windows, an open kitchen, outdoor seating, and new landscaping. Co-owner Matt Galvin said,
“This new location is way overdue. We have looked for many years and finally were able to find the right location with the right landlord.”
The Daily Journal of Commerce reported that the store features e-bike delivery for carbon-neutral operations and was designed by Floisand Studio Architects.

The grand opening party included a live DJ, swag giveaways, Molly Moon’s Ice Cream Sandwich samples, and custom pet drawings on tote bags by local artist Dozfy, according to the company’s blog post. OneRedmond listed the ribbon-cutting, encouraging RSVPs, while Seattle’s Child promoted the family-friendly event.
The location offers slices, whole pies, takeout, beer and wine, free Wi-Fi, and 52 indoor seats plus 12 outdoor. Hours are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and until 11 p.m. Friday-Saturday, with delivery starting at 4 p.m. weekdays.
