Pagliacci Pizza Celebrates Grand Opening of First Redmond Location with Ribbon-Cutting and E-Bike Delivery

Jan. 10, 2026 — Redmond, WA Pagliacci Pizza held a grand opening celebration Saturday for its first location in the city at 16311 Redmond Way in Old Town near the light rail station, featuring a ribbon-cutting ceremony with Mayor Angela Birney at 11 a.m. and community activities from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The event, hosted by OneRedmond, included two free pizza slices per person while supplies lasted, samples of Molly Moon’s Ice Cream Sandwiches, live music from DJ CocoRabbits, and custom pet illustrations on tote bags by local artist Dozfy.

Pagliacci announced that the ninth Eastside store offers a slice bar, whole pies, takeout, and expanded delivery with an e-bike fleet supporting carbon-neutral operations.

Come celebrate with us at the new Redmond store… Whether you’re grabbing lunch, feeding a crew, or ordering delivery to your door, we can’t wait to serve you in Redmond!

The Daily Journal of Commerce reported the opening on Jan. 14, highlighting the location’s e-bike delivery and design by Floisand Studio Architects, which transformed a former gas station into a light-filled pizzeria retaining original post-and-beam elements, big windows, an open kitchen, new landscaping, street trees, and outdoor seating for 12.

Floisand Studio shared on Facebook Dec. 16, 2025: “Now open! Our latest Pagliacci Pizza project in Redmond, WA. We reimagined a former gas station… Stop by at 16311 Redmond Way!”

The project narrative from the City of Redmond details renovations to the 0.33-acre site, including accessibility upgrades, restriped parking for 20 stalls, bike racks, landscaping setbacks, and utility reuse under Old Town zoning. A city blog post from Dec. 16, 2025, noted a soft opening around Dec. 15 ahead of the planned party.

The store operates Sunday-Thursday 11 a.m.-10 p.m. and Friday-Saturday until 11 p.m., with delivery from 4 p.m.
