Jan. 8, 2026 — Redmond, Wash. Pagliacci Pizza will host a grand opening party Saturday, January 10, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at its new location, 16311 Redmond Way in Old Town near the light rail station, featuring free pizza slices while supplies last, a live DJ, custom pet art on tote bags and a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 11 a.m. with Mayor Angela Birney.
The event celebrates the store’s opening following a soft opening on December 13, 2025, marking Pagliacci’s ninth Eastside location and 24th in the Seattle area.
According to the chain’s official location page, the site—transformed from a former gas station—offers indoor seating for 52, outdoor seating for 12, an open kitchen visible through big windows, a slice bar, beer and wine, free Wi-Fi, and an e-bike delivery fleet supporting carbon-neutral goals. Hours are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and until 11 p.m. Friday-Saturday.
